Survey Human resources in connection with e-records in archives – survey research
Dear colleagues,
We cordially invite you to participate in the survey research regarding the field of human resources who manage* archival e-records** in Archives.*** We will be gathering the thoughts and opinions of our colleagues in archival institutions in Europe and around the world.
The survey research tries to define which knowledge and skills are expected of archival workers managing archival e-records, what is their formal or professional education, and whether they continuously train and widen their knowledge, abilities and skills. The research is also going to demonstrate their level of professional satisfaction and work-fulfillment in working with archival e-records as well as which problems represent their greatest professional challenges when managing archival e-records.
The survey will be conducted between 15 March and 1 May 2017 and should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Rest assured that all the answers you provide will be kept in the strictest confidentiality.
